About the event
The Yola Green Derby is an annual community football event organised by En Aawa Trees Foundation under the UNCCD Sport4Land campaign. More than just a football match, the Green Derby uses sport to bring communities together, raise awareness about desertification, and inspire collective action to protect the environment of Yola and beyond.
